Hello again!
June is in full-swing! The month of June marks another school year coming to a close, graduations, new beginnings, and it's finally gotten warm in Minnesota. That means most of us take every opportunity to get outside.
A relaxed summer schedule doesn't have to mean that you're not getting things done at work. Spending time outdoors gives us more than a fresh perspective. Research suggests that it's the perfect time for creative thinking while also improving your health.
Stanford research shows that even a short walks boosts creativity and spending time in nature, aka nature therapy is essential for good health. So, get outside and don't feel the least bit guilty about it!
Speaking of moving and health, this month we are featuring a video we produced for The Marsh - A Center for Balance and Fitness. It's a perfect example of how we created a compelling video without a script. Check it out here.
Finally, we created a playlist to celebrate the kick-off of summer.

Explaining the Importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to Your Nonprofit Team
Take a close look at the people who make up your nonprofit. Don’t just note the board members, but also consider the paid staff, volunteers, and supporters. Does your organization represent a diverse group of individuals, coming from different backgrounds and making up different cultures? If not, you’re missing out.
